Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your composting product purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Items that have been used, damaged, or are missing parts may not be eligible for return. Please contact us before returning any item.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at online@vendorprotected.world or visit our contact page with your order details. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Returns must be shipped to our address at 317 Mona Vale Rd, Terrey Hills NSW 2084, Australia.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We can exchange items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us with your order details and the reason for the exchange. We will arrange for the exchange and provide shipping instructions.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please include photos of the damage when contacting us.
